While we’re between spaces we’ll be aiming to run the Tuesday night meetings on a cycle of regular nights and event nights.
Regular nights will be for hackspace business and general chat. Event nights will be workshops and sessions designed to keep the membership active and hopefully encourage new people along to see what we are up to. Depending on the subject of the workshops there may be a small charge for attending these events, please check the calendar to confirm the cost.
We’re actively looking for new members so if you’d like to come along to an event, just turn up!

14:00? Unfortunately not. Right now we’re fundraising for a space and should have it in the early new year. Our current venue is Old Broadcasting House and we’re there from 17:30 onwards. Hopefully we can give you a tour in January? :)

Hello all, just wondering if it’s every Tuesday night that you meet up? I’ve been tinkering away on various projects but would like to learn and share with like minded individuals.
Yup, we’re currently meeting Tuesday nights at Old Broadcasting House on Woodhouse Lane, from about 18:30 – we’re hoping to be moving to our new hackspace some time in February, so we’ll be extending the hours again once we’re in there (not least because we’ll have lots to do getting it all set up!) Last Tuesday we were playing with arduinos, but I don’t think there’s anything concrete planned for this coming week, so there’ll just be a healthy dose of very geeky chat, and probably some plotting of what to do in the new place.
Hi Jon, thanks for the reply. It will be my first time down to see LHS and meet some likeminded people this coming Tuesday. I too have picked up my Arduino since again since around Tuesday, after a small break. It’s great to know you all still play with them!
It states event on the upcoming events “Event” this coming Tuesday (Location: London!) but I’m guessing whatever it is, it’s at the Old Broadcasting House. Either way, geeky chat is cool. I am surprised I haven’t come down sooner, but as they say, better late than never! :)
